EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for product defect within 7 days of delivery of purchase in its original packaging (bundle intact), unused, unworn with no alterations. Custom orders and orders with any modifications cannot be exchanged.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

STORE CREDIT

If you need to return your item to us because of damage or the wrong item, you will be eligible for a store credit instead.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hrs after purchase
